Job summary

Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Restoration and Remediation Project Manager to oversee insurance-driven rebuilds, review estimates, budgets, and schedules, and lead a subcontractor network to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You’ll work with clients and insurance reps, update job files daily using CRM and PM software like Xactimate, and drive quality and customer satisfaction through strong leadership. 3+ years in construction/remediation required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction and project management in restoration/remediation.
• Experience managing $2M+ in projects annually.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead subcontractors.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management software (Xactimate).
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure accuracy before work begins.
• Lead subcontractor teams across trades to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Track job costing and update files daily using CRM and PM software.
• Coordinate with clients and insurance reps to manage expectations and deliver results.
• Drive project progress with leadership and accountability.
