Job summary

Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis seeks a skilled Restoration and Reconstruction Subcontractor to join as a business partner. You will perform general carpentry, remodeling, painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, and flooring work in post-loss environments, delivering high-quality work while complying with codes and coordinating with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the remediation and insurance field.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices and building code regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including budgets and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
• Ability to provide before-and-after pictures and quality of work references (from customers and contractors).
• Reliable transportation (truck and/or trailer).
• Tools for all aspects of the scope of work.
• Insurance coverage: General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Auto.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of restoration and reconstruction services, including carpentry, remodeling, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical work, and flooring.
• Complete high-quality work, follow codes and standards, and communicate with clients and project managers.
• Coordinate project timelines with our team and adapt to emergencies as needed.
