Job summary

Resource-Environmental-Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operator I to support construction and restoration efforts across regional sites. You will operate a range of construction and landscape equipment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to wetland and stream restoration projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction or landscape work, experience with skid steers/dozers/excavators, and the ability to read project plans. Willingness to travel 2–4 nights/week is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years field crew exp.
• Experience operating skid steers, dozers, or excavators.
• Ability to read project plans and elevations.
• Strong safety mindset with incident reporting.

Responsibilities
