Job summary

Opterra Solutions, Inc. is seeking a field technician to operate skid steer and excavator for stormwater restoration projects. The role includes repairing assets in parking lots and ponds, with substantial travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

Operates machinery such as skid steer and excavator to support stormwater restoration work.
Inspects stormwater assets like ponds, swales, ditches and basins for maintenance needs.
Communicates scope, timelines, and updates with customers.
Maintains safety by using PPE and following OSHA procedures.
Drives trucks or other vehicles to job sites and transports tools.
Performs routine maintenance and reports equipment issues to supervisors.
