Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is hiring an Operator I to support restoration and site work across the region. You’ll operate skid steers, dozers, and other equipment, perform grading and planting, and follow field plans.

This role involves outdoor work, travel 2–4 nights per week with per diem and hotel stays provided, and a safety-first team environment. Ideal for candidates with construction or landscape experience and a practical, hands-on mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of construction, landscaping, or field crew experience
• Experience operating skid steers, off-road trucks, dozers, or excavators
• Familiarity with power, farm, and landscape tools
• Ability to read project plans, elevations, and field specs
• Safety-first mindset with incident reporting and equipment care
• Able to travel 2-4 nights per week and home on weekends

Responsabilidades

• Operate skid steer, dozer, or off-road truck
• Assist with planting, erosion control, or grading
• Follow field plans and supervisor instructions
• Report equipment issues and maintain a safe working environment
• Contribute to streambank stabilization, wetland construction, and stormwater infrastructure
