Job summary

SERVPRO in Abilene is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead start-to-finish rebuilds. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and customer relationships for active projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors to meet timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include writing and defending estimates, turning scopes into signed work orders, maintaining thorough job files, and guiding customers and adjusters through the closeout process.

Qualifications

• At least three years of construction experience.
• Experience running projects and the people on them: crews, subcontractors, schedules.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, and trades.
• Comfort with budgets, estimates, and job costing.

What you own in your first 90 days

• Take over every open rebuild: scope, schedule, budget, and the customer relationship.

• Own the numbers: margin, cycle time, and collections on your projects.

What we require

• At least three years of construction experience.
• Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last five years.
• Experience running projects and the people on them: crews, subcontractors, schedules.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, and trades.
• Comfort with budgets, estimates, and job costing.

Nice to have, not required

• Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience
