Job summary

SERVPRO of Abilene is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rehabilitation projects from approved scope through final completion.

You will plan schedules, coordinate superintendents, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials, review scopes and budgets, ensure work meets approved specs and local codes, and maintain complete project documentation while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven construction project management experience.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and customer communication.
• Ability to manage several active projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Build project schedules and coordinate superintendents, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
• Review scopes, estimates, plans, budgets, and change orders to protect quality and profitability
• Make sure work meets the approved scope, specifications, and local code requirements
• Maintain complete project documentation, including contracts, photos, schedules, and change orders
• Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team throughout each project
• Resolve field issues quickly and keep projects moving toward completion
