MA Restoration is seeking a skilled General Construction Laborer to join our Westborough crew. You’ll contribute to restoration and mitigation projects, working alongside seasoned pros and gaining hands-on experience in demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or restoration preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to work year round.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients maintaining a professional appearance.
• Assist with mitigation and restoration tasks including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools under supervision.
• Load and unload materials and supplies at project sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
