Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with restoration projects. This role involves hands‑on work in a fast-paced environment, supporting technicians with cleanup, demolition, and basic restoration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers)
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• No experience required (training provided), but construction or restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening (if required)
