ServiceMaster Restore® in California is looking for a Project Manager to lead restoration and production activities. You will supervise technicians, manage restoration jobs, and interact with customers to resolve issues effectively.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical and customer service skills, a basic understanding of construction, and preferred certifications like ASD and WRT. This role offers opportunities for advancement and health insurance.
Project Managers lead our production activities in the field, making decisions that impact the success of the assignment. They perform a variety of tasks, monitor and inspect tasks for commercial and residential restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities, prepare/review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures, explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers, and supervise techs assigned to the job. You will need not only your excellent technical skills but also the necessary customer service skills to work through difficult situations. You may assist the Estimator or be responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards. Must have a basic construction background which includes basic understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected by wind, water, fire, smoke and other property damage causes.
