Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration seeks a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support customers with carpet and floor cleaning, water and mold restoration, and related services in a fast-growing franchise. You will assist in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining equipment and documentation.

The role rewards a strong customer focus, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to advance through IICRC certifications and additional specialty trainings as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED.
• Adequate math skills and ability to apply techniques to determine equipment type and quantity.
• Basic computer skills to record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related specialty cleaning.
• IICRC certifications are highly desired.
• CCT certification preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into WRT, AMRT, ASD, MRS and FSRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete cleaning documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain supplies.
• Learn and operate new equipment and technology in the industry.
