Compensation Range:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Plus Incentive Bonus based on Performance

Alamo Restaurant & Theater Managers assist the GM in running the day-to-day operations of our venues. They oversee all aspects of operations including teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, production, and supporting the team’s & guest’s experience.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


Grow Revenue + Control Costs
  • Manage all COGs within your area (Bar, Guest Attendants, Concierge, Events, etc.) and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Report successes and opportunities to the GM for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in executing the monthly inventory process.
  • Implement action items derived from P&L and OER analysis by the GM.

Optimize the Guest Experience
  • Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values, conduct, and operational guidelines.
  • Lead front-of-house service, coordinate the team, and assist as needed.
  • Address patron complaints and turn unsatisfactory experiences into opportunities to impress.
  • Monitor patron feedback for new ideas and improvements.
  • Ensure safety and operational protocols are followed.
  • Maintain venue facilities and equipment standards.

Lead Your Team
  • Develop team members to build a bench and improve retention through learning & development.
  • Identify and develop key hourly leaders.
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Celebrate team successes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership, motivation skills, professional appearance, and positive role modeling. Accountability to high standards is essential.
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, G-Suite).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience maintaining positive guest relations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Light lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Walking up and down stairs frequently.
  • Positioning to avoid guest view in theaters.
  • Using POS touch-screen devices.
  • Comfortable in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and equipment.
