Manager, Campus EAC

Location: Midwest/Central US (within commuting distance of a major airport)

What you will be doing:

As Regional EAC Campus Manager, you will promote PERSONA and EAC products to Housing, Security, IT, and Campus Card Directors in higher education and K-12 segments. You will support sales efforts for the DSS Vertical End User Specialist, EMS, ISS, and Regional Business Development, focusing on intelligent locks and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting products through channel calls and industry engagement.
  • Supporting sales for specialized segments and joint activities.
  • Delivering presentations, attending trade shows, and serving as an industry expert.
  • Educating and training key decision-makers.
  • Updating forecasts, utilizing Salesforce, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Covering parts of the Northeast, including specified states, with location flexibility.

What we are looking for:

  • Understanding of mobile credentials and software-driven locks.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
  • Relationships with partner companies like Transact, Atrium, StarRez, RMS, SCT Banner.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with sales drive.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Technical knowledge of industry standards and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
  • Ability to perform in home or travel environments.
  • Located near major cities and airports within 1 hour.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in access control and related systems.
  • Experience with technical presentations and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; industry software knowledge a plus.

Additional considerations:

  • Sales cycle may range from 1.5 to 3 years.
