Compensation Range:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Plus Incentive Bonus based on Performance

Alamo Restaurant & Theater Managers assist the GM in running the day-to-day operations of our venues. They oversee all aspects including teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, production, and supporting the team’s & guest’s experience.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow Revenue + Control Costs
  • Manage all COGs within your assigned area (Bar, Guest Attendants, Concierge, Events, etc.) and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Report to GM on successes and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Assist in executing monthly inventory processes.
  • Implement action items from P&L and OER analyses conducted by GM.
Optimize the Guest Experience
  • Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values, Code of Conduct, and operational guidelines.
  • Lead service from the floor, coordinate front-of-house team, and assist as needed.
  • Handle patron complaints and transform unsatisfactory experiences into opportunities to impress.
  • Monitor patron feedback for new ideas and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols.
  • Maintain venue facilities and equipment standards.
Lead Your Team
  • Develop a team to build a bench and improve retention through learning & development.
  • Identify and develop key hourly leaders.
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching conversations.
  • Celebrate team successes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills, professional appearance, and positive role modeling. Must hold self and others accountable for high performance and behavior standards.
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, G-Suite).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in maintaining positive guest relations.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Light lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Walking up and down stairs frequently.
  • Positioning to avoid guest view in theaters.
  • Operating POS touch-screen devices.
  • Comfort in kitchen environments with heat, steam, fire, and noise exposure.
