Base pay range: $13.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Team Member Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock front line with prepared product during peak times and in accordance with safety standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
5. Work cooperatively with team members and management.
6. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
7. Monitor and maintain product quality.
8. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
9. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
11. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
13. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
