Team Member Description

Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our quality and safety procedures.

Pay Range: $13.50 - $15.50/hour

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock front line with prepared product during peak times and/or following proper time & temperature guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively with management and team members.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take action to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
