Team Member Description

• POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range: $13.50 - $15.50/hour

Job Functions

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Maintains a positive attitude and has fun at work.
• Strives to exceed guest expectations.
• Works cooperatively and respectfully with management and team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Follows sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Greets guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serves guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of stations.
