Pay Range

This range is provided by Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Team Member Description

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and maintain proper temperature and quality standards.
3. Follow food safety standards and report any questionable practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
5. Work cooperatively with management and team members, representing the QDOBA brand positively.
6. Monitor and ensure the quality of all products served.
7. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
8. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
9. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
10. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
11. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
