Job summary

Panera Bread Delaware DT is hiring Restaurant Team Members to join a team that serves guests, supports the bakery-café, and helps donate unsold products to local community organizations.

This role offers competitive wages with team tipping (bi-weekly), employee meal discounts, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options. Team members can learn multiple positions, from cashier and baking to drive-thru, salad and sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work 12-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
