Job summary

Panera Bread is now hiring Restaurant Team Members. As part of our team you will connect with guests, support the bakery-café’s growth, and contribute to a community-focused culture built on warmth, belonging, growth and trust.

You may work 12–40 hours per week with flexible schedules and bi-weekly pay, plus employee meal discounts and opportunities to advance. Roles include cashier, baking, drive-thru where available, salad and sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 12-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
