Job summary

Panera Bread West Chester DT is hiring Restaurant Team Members to join a friendly, fast-paced bakery-café. You will meet guests, provide great service, and help donate unsold products to local community organizations.

Positions offer flexible scheduling, with full or part-time options, and opportunities for career growth. Learn multiple positions including cashier, baking, drive-thru where applicable, salad & sandwich making, barista, and dining room cleanliness in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

• Meet & greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.

• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.

• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
