Job summary

Truett’s Chick-fil-A at Dwarf House Group, LLC in McDonough, GA seeks a Team Member committed to serving guests and upholding restaurant standards. You may work Front of House or Back of House to support daily operations.

Duties include assisting guests, stocking supplies, keeping areas clean, and following training to perform tasks. Flexible schedules and teamwork are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Friendly demeanor and willingness to serve.
Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift
Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time

Responsibilities

Serve guests and uphold restaurant standards.
Work Front of House or Back of House as needed.
Assist guests and maintain supplies.
Keep work areas clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
Clean restaurant areas including tables, counters, floors, trash bins, and restrooms.
Perform other duties as directed by restaurant management.
