Truett’s Chick-fil-A in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a food-production team member committed to serving guests. You will prepare and cook all products per procedures, maintain stock, wash dishes, and keep areas clean.

No experience is required; you should be able to stand long shifts, work fast-paced, and show integrity. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are offered, along with food discounts and PTO after service period.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
• Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done.
• Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time.
• Demonstrates unquestionable integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks all products according to established procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and other cooking requirements.
• Maintains adequate stock of supplies.
• Washes dishes.
• Cleans and sanitizes various areas of the restaurant, including equipment and counters, floors, trash bins, and parking lot.
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management.
