Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. The role involves assisting at various stations such as fountain, grill, and drive-thru where applicable, all while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position requires adherence to company policies, basic math/reading, and effective communication. Expect irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.
• Ability to perform basic math and read instructions.

• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
• Strong multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru where applicable) to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties: trash disposal, mopping, wiping counters, sanitation of prep areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
