Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will perform various station duties including food prep and drive-thru tasks as needed, while adhering to company policies and sanitation standards.

The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning from basic cashiering to food preparation and stock duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front/back swamp, grill, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru when applicable) as assigned to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain regular attendance.
