Sonic Drive-In is seeking a capable crew member to perform a variety of duties including order taking, carhop and food preparation. You will work across stations to ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

This role requires ability to multi-task and operate the drive-thru window efficiently. Applicants must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior food service experience is helpful but not required.

• Complies with Sonic Drive-In Policies and Procedures, and all health and sanitation laws and regulations.
• Successfully completes and follows STAR certification and other Sonic Drive-In training programs.
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching and overhead lifting required when staging, preparing, or packaging menu items and/or cleaning.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all duties in the Basic Stations to ensure menu items meet standards.
• Gives team help and support to other crew and managers.
• Operates switchboard, records customer orders and repeats orders.
• Operates Drive-Thru window and sales register, handles cash accurately.
• Prepares fountain drinks and ice cream items; cooks and prepares food.
• Produces orders efficiently within 3-4 minute window; packages items for service.
• Serves food to customers in the Drive-Thru and other stations as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and sanitary; disposes of trash properly.
• Wears required uniform and PPE as outlined in policy.
