Qualifications

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities.
• Preparing customer orders across kitchen stations while maintaining safety standards.
• Using tools/technologies to ensure food safety and quality.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier or kitchen roles.
• Ability to move/lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and answer questions about menu offerings.
• Balance cash register and promote additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare orders across sandwich, fry, grill stations as required.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Cross-train in other departments when needed.
• Move/lift up to 25+ pounds and work in different temperatures.
