Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member to help bring our diverse menu world-class, while delivering a welcoming guest experience. Earn base pay of $18.00/hour with an overnight premium of $2.00/hour between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

Many pathways for advancement, including Trainer and Supervisor roles, plus benefits and a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include food prep, HACCP compliance, inventory accuracy, guest assistance, and supporting local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) as per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations stocked and clean.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines including temperatures and storage.
• Greet guests and assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations, ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas and restock as needed.
• Be a positive team member, support teammates, and take on additional duties.
