Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments and addresses customer issues.
• Operates cash register and suggests add-on items to increase sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior.
• Upholds health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works across multiple stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains punctual attendance and follows uniform/grooming standards.
