Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and resolves customer issues.
• Operates cash register/ POS and applies upselling where appropriate.
• Verifies order accuracy before preparation.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards; unloads and stocks items.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to uniform and grooming policies.
