Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking energetic team members to join our fast-paced restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, prepare and package food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and safety across front counter, drive-thru, and prep areas.

Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure while delivering friendly, efficient service. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement as the restaurant grows.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices; uses suggestive-selling to boost sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep spaces and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, etc.).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers.
