Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible work availability.
• Strong customer focus and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates POS devices and upsells when appropriate.
• Communicates positively with guests, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations and maintains attendance.
• Adheres to uniform and grooming policies.
