Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. You will provide friendly guest service, take orders, process payments, and ensure food quality and timely delivery in a clean, inviting setting.

You will work with Restaurant Managers and teammates to uphold standards, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a fast-paced service flow. Candidates should be 16+ (18+ for opening/closing) with reliable transportation and strong customer focus.

• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves customer issues.
• Operates cash register/points of sale as needed; uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, prep areas, and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues that arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
