Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and provide friendly, personalized service while delivering great food in a clean, inviting space.

Team Members will help with greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and supporting restaurant managers and peers to uphold standards and procedures. Flexible shifts and equal opportunity employment offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices, uses suggestive selling to generate sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Promotes punctual attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Works with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns team skills and works toward team goals.
