• Provides exceptional guest service and support while working with Restaurant Managers and Team Members to maintain standards.
• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues as needed.
• Operates cash register/POS and uses upselling techniques to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders.
• Process payments and handle POS transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of guest orders and prep food/drink items as needed.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas and maintain health/safety standards.
