Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates POS devices and uses suggestive selling to raise sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations and keeps punctual attendance.
• Adheres to uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborates with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns teamwork skills to achieve goals.
