Bambuza Hospitality Group in Sacramento International Airport is hiring Restaurant Team Members to support multiple restaurant operations. You'll learn several positions—cashier, bartender (RBS certification), cook, prep cook, and utility/food runner—and work inside the airport with a friendly team and strong training.

• Welcoming guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.
• Taking food and beverage orders and processing payments.

• Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages (when assigned and certified).
• Running food and supporting dining room service.
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
• Receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and airport security requirements.
• Working as part of a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

About the Role

Restaurant Team Members are cross‑trained to support multiple areas of restaurant operations. Every Team Member has opportunities to learn new skills while working together to deliver exceptional food, service, and hospitality.

Depending on training, certifications, scheduling, and business needs, Team Members may work in a variety of positions, including:

• Cashier
• Bartender (RBS certification required)
• Cook
• Prep Cook
• Utility / Food Runner

Team Members may also work shifts at either of our Bambuza restaurants within Sacramento International Airport.

What You'll Do

Schedule & Availability

Because we operate inside Sacramento International Airport, Team Members must be available to work a variety of shifts, including:

• Early morning opening shifts (beginning as early as 4:00 a.m.)
• Late‑night closing shifts (ending as late as 1:00 a.m.)
• Weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler Card.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification before performing bartender duties.
• Ability to successfully complete the airport badging process and required background check.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
