Team Member Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and maintain proper temperature and quality standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent and promote the QDOBA brand as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain high standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stations.
