Pay Range: $14.81 - $20.81/hour *

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, helping to maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative, respectful team player and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Act as an ambassador for QDOBA.
8. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.

Pay Range:

*The pay range is inclusive of local jurisdictional minimum wages for Denver. Starting pay varies based on location and position.
