Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
2. Restock front line with prepared products during peak times.
3. Follow food safety standards and report any questionable practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Work cooperatively with team members and management.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor and maintain product quality.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets standards and display professionalism.

12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $14.81 - $20.81/hour (dependent on location and role). Benefits include PTO, vacation, and sick leave where applicable.
