Team Member Description

Pay Range: $14.81 - $20.81/hour

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping to maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
• Maintains a positive attitude and has fun at work
• Strives to exceed guest expectations
• Works cooperatively and respectfully with management and team members
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA
• Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain it
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
• Follows sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment
• Performs other tasks as directed by management
• Greets guests enthusiastically upon entry
• Serves guests following recipes and guidelines
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of stations
