Team Member Description

Pay Range:

$14.81 - $20.81/hour *

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our standards for quality and safety.

Job Functions

1. Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
3. Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
4. Maintains a positive attitude and has fun at work.
5. Strives to exceed guest expectations.
6. Works cooperatively with management and team members.
7. Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
8. Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain it.
9. Maintains professional appearance and adheres to sanitation, safety, and security policies.
10. Performs other tasks as directed by management.
11. Greets guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serves guests following recipes and guidelines.
13. Cleans, organizes, and restocks stations.
