Team Member Description

Pay Range

$14.81 - $20.81/hour *

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative, respectful team player and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
