Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients.
• Assist guests in the entry, cashier, and dining areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols, including daily sanitation and stocking duties.
• Adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude and support the team’s shift transitions.
• Assist in various bakery‑cafe areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.

Qualifications
