Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador of Panera Warmth, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, sandwiches and manage stations (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.) with care, accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier or dining areas and stay on the move to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and complete cleaning and stocking duties to support the next shift.
