Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread – you’ll be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every interaction with guests.
• Execute duties in a designated area of the bakery‑cafe, such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
• Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Help set up for the next shift by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and supporting team success.
