• Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, delivering excellent service in every circumstance.
• Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and ensure every guest receives our best.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and shift‑setup duties.
