Restaurant Team Member

As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you’ll be the heart of hospitality—bringing warmth and joy to every interaction. You’ll help ensure every guest receives our best service, build personal connections, and support the bakery‑cafe’s growing business.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every guest interaction.
• Execute duties for assigned areas within the bakery‑cafe (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes, and respond positively in a loud environment.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift.
