Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread – the heart of hospitality. You’ll bring warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is memorable and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador of Panera Warmth, greeting each guest with genuine enthusiasm.
• Prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and shift‑setup duties.
• Support a variety of specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
