Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring crew members in Plano, TX to deliver Enlightened Hospitality and guest experiences. The role pays $14.00 per hour plus tips, with potential up to $2 more per hour for certain shifts after midnight.

Weekend and night availability may be required; training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will learn stations, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive guest experience while aligning with Shake Shack's values of

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
